Refund policy

RETURNS - UK AND NOTHERN IRELAND (for individuals/personal - use orders)

All orders are subject to a £3.99 return fee which will be deducted from the refund value of your order to cover the return shipping label.

To claim the return of an item, simply follow the steps below to ensure a quick and easy returns process.

  • Contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order quoting your reason for return. If eligible, our customer care team will email you a returns label.  Please let us know if you don’t have access to a printer.
  • Package your item safely and securely, ensuring you include your original order number. Drop your package at any of the drop-off points appropriate for the label provided – details of your closest drop-off point will be provided.
  • Please keep proof of your return. Your return will be processed in approximately 14 working days on receipt of parcel.
  • If you are not eligible for a free return, you can return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,000 locations at your own cost. Contact us to confirm you are returning the goods before postage and our customer care team will provide you with further details on the correct return address. Guards London will not take responsibility for packages returned to incorrect addresses.

RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL (for individuals/personal-use orders)

For international returns the following also applies or overrides our standard returns policy:

  • If you wish to return an internationally shipped item, return shipping costs will be incurred by yourself. Email our customer care team within 14 days of recieving the items at sales@guardslondon.com, detailing the reason for the return and further instructions will be provided. A full refund for the cost of the items purchased will then be made once we have confirmed the items are returned successfully.
  • See our Refunds policy for details on what costs are refunded and conditions of the item on return to be eligible for reimbursement.

RETURNS - BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

For our B2B customers, including TV, film or production studios/companies and/or customers who are purchasing with a buisness bank card, using a buisness address or on behalf of a company, additional terms apply:

  • Returns fees will be handled and paid for by the purchaser. Please contact us for the returns address and on purchasing a return, provide a tracking code for the parcel.
  • A handling and restocking fee of £5.00 per item will be deducted from the return for each item that is returned, as well as card processing fee of 2.5% of the item value.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for refund.

If you are unsure if you apply, need additional information or would like to be considered for exemption. please contact us through or contact form.

If you require a VAT receipt for your order, please contact us via our contact form. Please note, requesting a VAT receipt will mean you are treated as a business customer. VAT receipts will be sent after the date that return requests have expired or a return has been requested, so as to provide the correct receipt (accounting for the refund or not).

REFUNDS

If you have purchased an item from Guards London and would like to return it, you are eligible for a refund if:

  1. The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact and has not been worn.
  2. You are returning an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance you are eligible for an exchange.
  3. You have contacted sales@guardslondon.com to notify us of your intention of return and order number within 14 working days of receiving your order.
  4. You return your item within 30 days from the day you received it.

Guards London will not grant a refund if:

  1. The returned item has been worn or does not have its tags and packaging intact.
  2. An item is returned without prior notification from the customer.
  3. If you have ordered an item and have not yet received it but would like to cancel the order, please contact us so that we can assist you with your cancellation.
  • All refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.
  • All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card.
  • International customs duties and sales taxes and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • As an alternative to a credit/debit card refund, you can request a Guards London credit note that can be used towards any future purchases at www.guardslondon.com.
