Shipping policy

UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND

We aim to deliver goods to you within 3-5 working days*.

  • All goods will be delivered via our preferred courier. Tracking details are available upon request. Deliveries are made during working hours only.
  • In the unlikely circumstance that we are unable to deliver your goods within 3 – 5 days of your order, we will contact you directly to arrange alternative delivery or a full refund.
  • We provide free delivery on all UK and Northern Ireland purchases over £100 (excluding the Channel Islands), orders below £100 are subject to a £5.95 delivery fee.
  • Should you have any queries regarding our delivery process then please contact us via our contact form.

*Note: Over the Christmas and New Year period there may be delays to shipping during holiday closures – shipping will take place at the first day of re-openning.

All goods will be delivered via our preferred courier. Tracking details are available upon request. Deliveries are made during working hours only. International shipping times may vary.

  • International shipping is free for all purchases over £1000.
  • Please note that since the departure of the UK from the EU, tax may be applied to any orders to EU countries. This is determined by the importing country’s own import regulations and we do not have any say over this cost.
