 We aim to deliver goods to you within 3-5 working days (in the UK and where possible internationally).

 All goods will be delivered via our preferred courier. Tracking details are available upon request. Deliveries are made during working hours only.

 In the unlikely circumstance that we are unable to deliver your goods within 3 – 5 days of your order, we will contact you directly to arrange alternative delivery or a full refund.

You can return an item through your local Collect+ store in over 7,000 locations free of charge. If you would like to return an item, simply follow the steps below to ensure a quick and easy returns process.

 Email Sales@Guardslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order quoting your reason for return. Our customer care team will email you your Collect Plus label.  Please let us know if you don’t have access to a printer.

 Package your item safely and securely, ensuring you include your original order number. Drop your package at one of the Collect+location that is close to you.

 Please keep proof of your return. Your return will be processed in approximately 14 working days on receipt of parcel.

Alternatively, you can return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,000 locations at your own cost. Contact sales@guardslondon.com to confirm you are returning the goods first and our customer care team will provide you with further details.

 All refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.

 All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card.

 International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

 As an alternative to a credit/debit card refund, you can request a Guards London credit note that can be used towards any future purchases at www.guardslondon.com.

If you have purchased an item from Guards London and would like to return it, you are eligible for a refund if:

 The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact and has not been worn.

 You are returning an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance you are eligible for an exchange.

 You have contacted sales@guardslondon.com to notify us of your intention of return and order number within 14 working days of receiving your order.

 You return your item within 14 working days from the day you received it.

Guards London will not grant a refund if:

 The returned item has been worn or does not have its tags and packaging intact.

 An item is returned without prior notification from the customer.

 If you have ordered an item and have not yet received it but would like to cancel the order, please contact sales@guardslondon.com so that we can assist you with your cancellation.

If you have purchased an item from Guards London and would like to exchange it, you are eligible for an exchange if:

 The item you are returning is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact and has not been worn.

 The alternative item you would like to receive is in stock.

 You have contacted sales@guardslondon.com to notify us of your intention to exchange within 14 working days of receiving your order.

 You return your item within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Guards London will not grant an exchange if:

 The returned item has been worn or does not have its tags and packaging intact.

 All exchanges are offered subject to availability.

 Replacement items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received complete and have undergone inspection.
